Apple Blueberry Cobbler
Mmmm... Warm and delicious Apple Blueberry Cobbler
1 can (21-ounce size) apple pie filling
1 package (14-ounce size) frozen blueberries
1 cup sugar, divided
1 package (18.25-ounce size) white cake mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions:
Spread apple pie filling on bottom of a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan. Toss together frozen blueberries and 3/4 cup sugar, and spoon over apple pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit, and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Bake at 350° F for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. Serves/Makes: 12
